Student Shop ND

Student Shop ND is an initiative of the Student Activities Office. Working with ND Marketplace, Notre Dame’s e-commerce initiative, Student Activities has created an online showroom where officially recognized Notre Dame student clubs, organizations and residence halls can showcase their products to fans and supporters throughout the United States.*

Recognized student groups interested in selling items, collecting donations and hosting online event registrations on StudentShop ND must have a fully approved NDCentral request and then submit one of the following electronic forms:

The Excel form must be submitted via email to no later than 72 hours before the requested launch date of the site.  A hard copy form is not required.  

Groups are encouraged to submit a picture of their products to be displayed online.  Please be advised the posting of products may be delayed if a picture of the product is not provided.

Please be advised that Student Shop ND has limited storage space and not all requests for products may be accepted.

A service fee is charged to groups posting items on Student Shop to cover administrative fees (supplies, storage, student employee staffing, credit card processing fees, etc.).  The service fee structure for posting items varies depending on the item.  This fee structure is reviewed on an annual basis.

*As of February 17, 2015, all merchandise purchased through this site, excluding "The Shirt,"  will only be shipped to destinations within the United States. We can no longer accept international orders.
